What is your shipping policy?

KOEPP FARMS follows one easy rule on shipping. If it's in stock, we ship it the same day its ordered. If the item is not in stock we will do our best to let you know when the item is available and get to you as soon as we can.

Are your honey product free of artificial flavors and preservatives?

Yes. Our honey products are not processed or pasteurized. The only things that we remove are bees and honeycomb. This gives our customers the most raw, unfiltered product possible. 

How are your honey products made?

KOEPP FARMS carefully selects only our favorite mixtures and recipes for product creation. Every products is lovingly hand-made in our kitchen so that it can be enjoyed in yours.

Are your honey products gluten-free?

Yes.
